Save Energy and Help the Cats

They say that home is where the heart is, so as you welcome your cat into his new home, letʼs ensure its health and safety…and raise money for BCCC! For everyone that completes their no-cost Mass Save home energy assessment, Next Step Living will make a $10 contribution to Billerica Cat Care Coalition. For every completed solar visit in the 15% of homes that have a good roof for solar, Next Step Living will make a $50 contribution to Billerica Cat Care Coalition. BCCC oftens finds people needing help with cats or abandoned cats that have no one to care for them. If you would like to help by making a donation, please send a check to: BCCC, P.O. Box 14, North Billerica, MA 01862. Or, you can donate on-line at our Paypal.com site.

Recycle your Cell Phone or Blackberry

Please consider donating your inactive/used cell phone or blackberry to Billerica Cat Care Coalition. BCCC could receive anywhere from $0 up to $75 per donated item depending upon the age & condition. Defective or older technology cell phones and blackberries, which may have no financial value, will be properly recycled in accordance with EPA standards – keeping them out of our landfills! Proceeds benefit Billerica’s homeless cats and kittens. Look for BCCC collection boxes at Billerica Public Library and Billerica Town Hall.

Volunteers wanted

We have been receiving lots of requests for help with friendly, abandoned cats who are now living on the streets. Unfortunately, we can’t help if we don’t have enough foster homes. Please consider being a foster kitty caretaker. It won’t cost you anything except tlc and time. We pay all expenses, including vet care. Click here to learn how to volunteer.

Billerica Cat Care Coalition, is a 501(c)(3), non-profit, all volunteer organization, which has been in existence for five years. Currently, we are seeking an experienced attorney for a new board director position.

Donate your car, truck, or boat, and get a tax deduction

Go to www.donationline.com, complete the form and specify Billerica Cat Care Coalition as your charity. You need to have your title to the vehicle on hand when you donate. Fill in the form and submit it to Donation Line. Be sure to specify BCCC in the drop down list as your charity. Within 2 business days, you will be contacted by the towing company who will pick up your vehicle at no cost to you. The tow company will provide you with a pickup receipt. Within 6-8 weeks  BCCC will mail you a tax deduction letter. Remember, you must have a clear title to the vehicle in your possession to donate. If you do not have a title please contact Donation Line at 877-227-7487 and they will determine whether they can accept your donation.
