About Us

Billerica Cat Care Coalition began started in 2004 by concerned humanitarians. We are a no-kill cat rescue and adoption organization who assists feral (wild) and abandoned cats and their kittens.

Our mission is to reduce the suffering and death of ferals in Billerica (and towns around Billerica) by implementing the Trap/Neuter/Release (TNR) Program for feral cats. If your town or city is not in our area, we will help you network with another no-kill cat rescue.

We promote low-cost spay/neuter of companion animals and educate the public on local animal issues, including offering advice/assistance to residents dealing with homeless cat situations or needing to re-home a cat.

BCCC is a member of the Feral Friends Network of the national feral cat organization, Alley Cat Allies (www.alleycat.org).

We are signed and support the “Declaration of No Kill Movement in The United States”, as part of our commitment to protecting animals.
